The Students’ Representative Council (SRC) of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, hosted a Leadership Workshop and Legislative Orientation on Thursday, April 3, 2025, focusing on the principles of integrity and accountability in student governance.
Our Reporter disclosed that the workshop brought together student leaders, school administrators, and media professionals to explore ethical leadership and the responsibilities of the student union governments.
The Guest speaker, Mr. Jide Ogidan addressed the audience on the importance of accountability in governance, while journalist Mr. Inaga Wisdom Akiri provided insights into the media’s role in promoting ethical leadership.
As part of efforts to strengthen responsible governance, student leaders reaffirmed their commitment to integrity in decision-making.
