Comrade Adedara Daniel Ayobami, President of the Students' Union, has confirmed that the clearance fee for 2021/2022 academic session remains unchanged.
It will be recalled that the clearance fee which was increased from N250 to N5,000, had elicited mixed reactions with many students groaning about the sudden increase.
But the Students' Union Public Relations Officer, Comr. Afolabi Oluwafisayo, told our correspondent that the proposed N5,000 fee for E-Clearance would not take effect on the fresh graduates.
She said, "the manual process of clearance is still effective, further information will be disclosed to the students as soon as the development (Online Clearance) is well stipulated and defined by school management.
