RUGIPO MGT ANNOUNCES NEW MR, MRS RUGIPO

The Ondo State-owned Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, (RUGIPO) has announced Olorunyomi Samson Oluwatosin as the Mr. RUGIPO and Adegbuyi Mary Ademide as Mrs. RUGIPO, 2022/2023 academic session.

The election which was held on Friday 3rd, February 2023 in DSA's building was coordinated by  the Directorate of Students Affair (DSA), Mr. Bayo Elebute and other surbodinate officials.

According to report, Samson was the only aspirant who contested for the office of Mr. Rugipo while two other aspirants contested for the office of Mrs. RUGIPO; Adegbuyi Mary Ademide and Adeleye Adedunke.

Meanwhile, It was stated that Adedunke was absent on the election day, which gave Ademide the automatic chance to emerged as winners.

Speaking with pressmen, Mr. Rugipo has promised to work with the incoming hall chairman for the betterment and growth of hostel together with school at large.

However, Mr RUGIPO who is from the department of Electrical Electronic Engineering said; "I was so passionate and devoted to the development of students activities and the school at large."
