The Management of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo, (RUGIPO), has declared today Monday April 11th to Friday April 22nd to mark 2022 Easter Celebration.
This was availed in a Circular Ref. No RUGIPO/DAA/SCL/2022/04/01 Signed and Released by the Director Academic Affairs, Mr. Gbenga Ademiluyi
The Circular Reads:
"This is to inform all students of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, that Management has graciously approved the declaration of Easter Break which commences today Monday 11th April, 2022. The Break lapses on Friday 22nd April, 2022
Meanwhile, it was also stated in the press release from the Director of Public Relations & protocol of the institution, Mr. Ojo Samuel that students are to resume from easter break on Sunday, 24th April, 2022 for the continuation of academic activities on Monday,25th April,2022.
The circular further stated; "while students are to resume on Sunday 24th April, 2022 for the continuation of Academic activities on Monday 25th April, 2022.
"However, the earlier commencement of the Easter Break is to make students avoid the dangerous rush for transportation that characterizes both Easter and Christmas celebrations.
"Management wishes all students a very pleasant Easter celebration in advance".
