The Deputy Bursary of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic (RUGIPO), Mr. Adekuoroye, during lecture in a seminar organised by the National Union of Ikale Student Association (NIUKAS) tagged " DELIVERING CULTURE THROUGH EDUCATION" held On 8th Feb. 2022 has reiterated that he will not forget his culture.
While advising the Union, Adekuoroye urged every member present in the event to stay focused on their studies and they should not forget where they are coming from, adding that they should not forget the dream their parents have for them by sending them to the higher institution.
"...know that your parents want you to be successful because of these you must stay focused on your studies.
"Book is not hard only if you can read and also you must not forget God because He's the number One," he said.
Principal Accountant Bursary, Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo (RUGIPO), Mr. Adekanle Olurotimi, in his own advice to Ikale Students in the Institution, he made it known that any Ikale student who speaks with him in another language will face the consequences adding that Ikale indigenes in the institution must not refrain from speaking their dialect.
Mr. Adekanle Olurotimi also advised all the students to prepare for the forthcoming examination.
"All students must know for sure that Exam start on Monday 14th Feb. 2022 all Materials for the Exam are ready" he added.
He further urge all the students in the institution to be ready for the incoming examination and advice every student not to involve in any examination malpractices.
The Principal Accountant Bursary expressed his feeling over student who are yet to pay their fees, and urge them to do the needful so as to participate in the examination.
