The Management of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State has fixed 2021/2022 Election date to hold between 28th Feb to 4th March,2022.
This was revealed in a Circular REF NO RUGIPO DSA/CIR/20/VOL IV/ 359 signed and Released by Director Student Affairs Mr. M.O OLOYE on 16th Feb,2022.
The Circular Reads
"Sequel to the Rector’s approval on the conduct of election for 2021/2022 academic session, executives member of students union (SUG), Part-time Student Association (PTSA) and all other affiliated office.
" The directorate of Student affairs wishes to inform the entire members of the polytechnic community that electorate activities election would hold between 20th February and 4th March, 2022."
Also, the circular unveiled that the election would be e-voting. Therefore, the voters shall be given enabling code to log into the portal with a view to voting.
All and sundry should note that full payment of school fee is necessary as a condition to participate in the elections.
