The management of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, has said that School Fee Payment is Prerequisite for Project Defence
This was availed in a Internal Memorandum signed and released by the Secretary Of Management Ayibiowu S.B with Reference Number RUGIPO /REC/MPO/122/VOL.IV/177 yesterday.
The statement reads in part "The above subject matter came to the fore at the meeting of Management on Friday 23rd April,2021.Management noted that some graduating ND11 and HND 11students have not paid in full prescribed school fee.
"Consequently, Management resolved that students in these Level who have not fully paid their school fees be excluded from participating in the project Defence Exercise.
"However,The chairman, committee of Deans is thus, humbly invited to note the above decision of Management for dissemination to the Appropriate quarters for necessary compliance.
"Deans of Faculties are required to earnestly pass the content of this memo down to all their respective Heads of Departments.
"Furthermore, only students in ND1 & HND1 going to ND2 & HND2 respectively who have fully paid their school fees up to date should be allocated project supervisors.
